Yesterday, I asked Drew what he would like for lunch on the way home from preschool. He decisively exclaimed, "Pancakes! Mickey Mouse pancakes!" When we got home I made pancakes for the kids, but I forgot his request for Mickey Mouse. (Mine never seem to meet his standards anyway, as Grandma Nancy set the bar too high. Hers even include blueberry eyes I'm told.) He was quick to forgive me, but later after nap while I was making Christmas cookies, this is what Drew made out of Play-Doh:
