Bend

For Memorial Day Weekend we headed to the Bend Thousand Trails in pursuit of some sunshine. We had our moments, but for the most part it was COLD!

We always eat well when we're camping.

Mmmm... Kabobs and corn on the cob!
And the kids roasted some hotdogs on the fire too.

We went exploring the lava lands at Pilot Butte.

Here's the view of the crater.
Drew was very disappointed that there was no hot lava present.

We also drove up to Paulina Lake in pursuit of a little snow and there was plenty to be found!

I sat in the car with Audrey because as typically happens on a long drive, she fell asleep.

Tired girl.

Drew had a blast!
