Just two days after Audrey got her cast off we headed down to Newport to go camping. Jake drove us out on Sunday, helped us set up camp, and then headed back to the city to work the next day. Luckily, my parents and nephew Sam were along for this trip, and we had a great time!
We explored the Yaquina Head Lighthouse and saw the single sea lion that was hanging out on the dock down off Bay Street,
We had the perfect campsite - right off the playground! I took this photo while sitting at our picnic table.
We set up our canopy over our table and had a very cozy set-up for the week!

The kids went through 4 packages of hotdogs over the course of 5 days! Drew actually prefers hotdogs to marshmallows.
